Terrace Hotel Facilities
The Hotel
Most of the Terrace Hotel bedrooms have a shower, toilet and washbasin. All rooms have colour T.V. and tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms also have central heating and individual heaters are available on request. There is a computer for guests use within our spacious lounge and WIFI is available
throughout the building. Our rooms are mostly spacious and all enjoy the origina lfeatures of Georgian architecture – high ceilings with cornices and most even have the original fireplaces. All prices quoted are inclusive of a full Scottish breakfast. A typical menu includes -

The Location
The Terrace Hotel is set in a peaceful and attractive part of the city, away from the hustle and bustle yet still within easy reach of all the main attractions and shopping centres. The cobbled, tree-lined street is very quiet and offers paid on-street parking (currently free at weekends) with plenty of spaces
normally always available. Princes Street and Waverley Station are just a ten minute walk away from the Hotel. We are also very handy for the Playhouse Theatre (just around the corner) and a range of eateries are only a 5 minute walk away to the Omni Centre, which is also home to a 12-screen Vue Cinema. Situated across from the top of Leith Walk we are ideally positioned for visiting the Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre or the Royal Botanical Garden. Also within walking distance are attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, the National Museum of Scotland, Holyrood Palace and the Underground Vaults.
